Our Return Policy

Pet mama will exchange or refund products returned in original condition & packaging with a receipt within 14 days.

Money needs to be refunded to same payment as original purchase.

All of our food come with satisfaction guarantee as long as it was returned with more than half bag left in 14 days.

Exception:

Raw food,

Final sale items,

Cat trees / Scratchers,

Crates, Beds,

Litter boxes,

Sanitary items, 

or any used item without manufacture's guarantee.

Return Policy for Online Orders

Please email to pet.mama@hotmail.com or call store first, then send it back to us by mail.

Customer needs to pay the shipping cost.

Please keep in mind that our drivers are only delivering orders to our customers.

They don't bring stuff back for exchange or refund.

Damages & Errors in Delivery

Any damaged, missing, or errors need to be reported within 24 hours from delivered time.

Any reports made after 24 hours will not be Pet mama's responsibility.

Shipping Policy

Any orders placed before 3pm will be shipped same day.

Any orders placed after 3pm will be shipped next day.

Customers need to be home to receive delivery or leave us delivery instruction to be left out in case no one is home.

(ex; leave at front porch, on stairs. Driver will not be entering private area such as, 'Open the garage and leave inside')

Pet mama is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once it is left out where customers directed.
